Questions, answered.
Who can join?
Citizens of the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland aged 18 or over, and their non-EU family members who hold an EU residence card. Other non-EU nationals can join only if they hold a Jobsplus licence that allows them to work as self-employed — an ordinary single permit tied to an employer, or a nomad permit, is not enough.
What does it cost?
Signing up costs nothing. When you work through an Aftermath platform, the platform keeps a commission on each job and you keep the rest — up to 90%, depending on the platform.
Which documents will I need?
Your ID card or passport, a police conduct certificate, your insurance policy (public liability), your VAT registration certificate, and any licence or qualification your work needs, such as a driving licence for delivery work. If you have a residence card, also your social security registration; if you are not an EU citizen, your EU residence card or your Jobsplus self-employment licence and residence permit. You bring the originals to a short vetting appointment at our office.
How does verification work?
First you register as self-employed with the government — we show you each official step. Then you upload your documents and book a short vetting appointment at our office, where we check the originals with you. Once you are approved you can join the platforms that fit your work.
How do I get paid?
Every job you complete is recorded in your account. Payouts come through the platform you work on, with statements you can check at any time.
